If you have arthritis in hands and feet which can keep you from falling asleep.
Take a warm/ice cold shower. It was only since I was following the Wim Hof method I noticed I never had cramping feet and hands anymore.
I took a 10 minute ice cold shower before going to bed. But I looked into some research and the Dutch organisation for people with arthritis recommend switching from warm to cold a few times. And finish cold for at least 1 minute.
