There is another more psychological aspect I think helps with intermittent fasting. You know that one of the things that makes us live longer is social interactions (check blue zones research on that).
Making just one or two meals a day increase the quality of the meal. And I think will lead to more social interaction. Instead of eating alone and fast all day long.
